• WILL THERE BE EXPERIENCED DUNGEON MONITORS ROAMING AROUND TO ASSIST VENUE SECURITY?: Absolutely. They will have red arm bands. If you see something off or need help, please let them know.
• WILL THERE BE AN AFTERCARE SPACE?: Yes
• ARE ILLEGAL DRUGS ALLOWED?: No
• IS VAPING ALLOWED?: Yes, but please be polite about it
• ONLINE TICKETS ONLY – NO DOOR SALES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES?: Yes. Tickets will no longer be available after the ticket site pulls them down Friday 12/19 at 5pm.
• WILL I HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER?: Yes. Everyone must sign the new waiver to enter the event, including guests of ticket holders, performers and staff.
• I SIGNED A WAIVER BEFORE 12/15, DO I REALLY NEED TO DO IT AGAIN AND WHY?: Yes, unfortunately so. The venue needed a more specific waiver, which was not communicated as early as we would have liked. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
• WHY DO I NEED TO SIGN THE WAIVER BEFORE THE EVENT?: To make the check-in experience as quick as possible.
• HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?: $55 in December (plus the unavoidable service fees).
• ARE THERE REFUNDS ON TICKETS?: No, but they are transferrable. Please make sure you understand the rules before purchasing.
• WILL THERE BE BOTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE?: Yes. We have a limited number of bottle service tables, however they are sold out.
• WILL THERE BE PARKING?: There is limited parking on the south side of the building and overflow parking in the surrounding neighborhood. The earlier you can arrive, the more likely you are to find a parking spot nearby. Rideshare is recommended.
• HOW ARE TICKETS DELIVERED?: Tickets are mobile/print at home only. They are emailed to the email address used to purchase the ticket. The tickets will be attached to the email as a PDF file (if you bought two, the PDF will have two pages, 1 page per ticket). The email body also contains the codes on the tickets. Each ticket has a unique bar and QR code which you will scan at the event to gain entry. Each ticket/code can only be scanned once.
• HOW CAN I TRANSFER TICKETS OR SEND TO MY FRIEND(S)?: Simply email the ticket(s) you want to share with the new recipient, and make sure they know to complete the online waiver. Each ticket/code can only be scanned once, so make sure you only send them the number of tickets you want to send (ex. if you have four tickets and want to send them one, make sure to send them one page of the four page PDF).
• WHERE SHOULD I ENTER?: Enter through the patio area. Check out our day of event page for more details on what to expect on Friday.
• IS THERE RE-ENTRY?: Guests are not permitted to re-enter. You can leave your keys, phones, toys and bags with coat check until you need them. There is a large patio for smoking and vaping, chilling out and eating as well.
• WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR ONLINE TICKET SALES?: Ticket sales will stop on Friday at 5pm. Get your tickets now to guarantee your spot.
• WILL THERE BE CAMERAS AT THE EVENT?: The venue has security cameras for everyone’s safety. We have also hired professionals to photograph and video the event. The focus of their documentation is to capture the performances, but it is something to be aware of. There is no personal photography allowed. Phones can be left with coat/bag check.
• WILL THERE BE FREE WATER?: Yes. There is a water dispenser in the main hall and complimentary water cups available.
